We help communities increase resilience to climate change by providing solutions to fight natural disasters like wildfire and flooding using our system made for remote areas without internet coverage and power supply.
Hopeland Warning System consists of Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) and Cloud AI services. The IoT sensors are deployed in forest or river beds to collect environmental data, such as CO2, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, water level, etc.
The system uses LoRaWAN technology to build its own wireless data transmission network to transmit data from remote areas to the cloud. AI services running in the cloud analyze data collected by sensors, detect abnormal patterns and generate warnings and notifications.
The system offers automated 24/7 monitoring and warning service.
Our system can integrate different types of IoT sensors to collect different environment data. It can be used as a warning system for forest fire, flooding or both. Installing one system to handle both fire and flood reduces the complexity, maintenance cost and staff training cost.
The system uses LoRaWAN to transmit data from remote areas to the cloud. It does not rely on existing Internet coverage or power supply and can be deployed in remote areas. The gateway can be powered by a solar cell. The IoT sensors are powered with built-in batteries which can work up to 10 years without replacement.
Services trained with machine learning technology running in the cloud analyze data and detect abnormal patterns in near real time. All devices and data can be managed with a user friendly dashboard.
